Tathagat Kumar is the founder and driving force behind Foundr Flow, with a vision to democratize access to venture capital and resources for founders from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India. His journey as a product leader and entrepreneur has given him deep insights into the challenges faced by underdog founders trying to build meaningful companies.
Before founding Foundr Flow, Tathagat built and scaled multiple products from scratch, taking them from concept to millions of users. This hands-on experience taught him the importance of understanding user needs, building scalable systems, and creating products that solve real problems for real people.
Tathagat is passionate about the potential of India's Tier 2 and Tier 3 ecosystems. He believes that the next wave of innovation will come from founders who understand local problems deeply and have the grit to solve them with limited resources. Foundr Flow is his attempt to create the support system he wishes he had when starting his entrepreneurial journey.
